All units are located on the ground floor. Each unit has it’s own separate entrance with sliding roll-up door. These roll-up doors are custom designed and fitted to alleviate dust and water for a clean, dry storage area. Each door is fitted with a corrosion resistant steel sliding lock plate, bolt and striker for your personal lock. All units have a raised concrete slab floor, metal walls and an insulated metal roof. Units are not temperature controlled (heated or cooled) therefore avoid storing items that can be damaged by large fluctuations in temperature or humidity.

The perimeter of the storage facility is surrounded by a double layered, nine foot chain link fence topped with barbed wire. High output outdoor lighting reaches all areas of the property. Personalized gate access to the property is provided to each customer. You must provide your own lock for the rented unit. Sims management does not keep a key and is not responsible if you lose your keys.
